Nothing dissolved in it
The water is stripped first and can then lift dirt without leaving anything of its own.
A one-off clean and a round are two different things, and the difference shows on your glass. We keep a regular route through Monageer, and the houses on it stay easy to clean, which is exactly why we would like yours to be one of them.
Everything is done from the ground.
Sills and frames on every visit.
Side access is enough for us.
You know the week we are coming.
Monageer is a crossroads with houses spread out every road off it. Reaching you costs us the same whether we are doing one house or six, and the round is what lets us keep coming back to you without it turning into a special trip you pay extra for.
Glass cleaned on a schedule rarely builds the hard, layered film that a long-neglected window carries. You get a quicker job, a better finish, and a house that looks much the same in February as it did in June. We are not fighting old grime every time we arrive.
Because your neighbours are on the same route, we are already up your way. You are not waiting on us to organise a trip out to one house, and we can slot you in while we are close by. That is the plain practical reason a round suits scattered country houses.
You go on the list for your area, we come when we are working it, and a message reaches you before we arrive. There is nothing to sign. If it stops suiting you, say the word and you come off the list without any fuss at all.
We look after houses right around the crossroads, out the roads towards Boolavogue and Oulart, over towards The Ballagh, and down the Slaney side into Enniscorthy. The more houses on a road, the more often we are up it, so a word to a neighbour genuinely helps you as much as it helps us. Two or three together on one boreen is what turns an occasional call into a proper stop, and you feel that in how regularly your glass gets seen to.
Where the house sits, mostly.
Nothing forced, nothing scoured.
The water is stripped first and can then lift dirt without leaving anything of its own.
The film comes off the pane and out of the corners without scouring.
The pole takes the rinse to the top floor, and no ladder goes near the house.
There is nothing on the glass to dry into a mark, so it finishes on its own.
Once, or on the round.

“No ladders anywhere near the house, which is what sold me on it.”
“The same lads every visit, and they know the house now.”
“The frames came up better than the glass did. Delighted.”
“Booked on the Friday, done the following week. No fuss.”
Monageer sits in the middle of our regular north Wexford route.
Monageer and the townlands off the crossroads are covered. Boolavogue comes first on that day, then Oulart; Ferns and The Ballagh are on the same sheet. A house a good way out a side road is still on the route as far as we are concerned.
We run into Enniscorthy as well, and across to Ballymurn and Ballycanew. Tell us where you are and we will let you know which of those days you would fall on.
Same visit, one set-up.
The list, and the easy way to book it.
The same team back before it needs doing. From €25.
Join the Signature RoundWe add you to the route for your area and come to you when we are working it. You get word beforehand, you do not need to be home, and you pay after each clean. Nothing is locked in, so you can pause it whenever you need to.
Joining the Signature Round costs from €25 at a smaller house. Yours follows the glass you have and the way the place sits on its ground, and that is agreed with you first, with no hidden extras behind it.
You can, and plenty of people start that way. A first clean at a place left for years is the hardest of them all, so it is worth having done even if you do not carry on. Like the result? We can add you to the round from there.
We work through most of it, since rain does not undo purified water on clean glass. If conditions are genuinely unsafe or there is a storm blowing, we will move you and let you know rather than turning up and doing a poor job.
Yes. Frames, sills and door glass are part of every clean, not an add-on. That is a good part of why a house on the round holds its finish between visits, and you will notice it most on the elevations facing the weather.
Tell us where you are and what the house is like, and we will put you on the route for your area. You can step off it any time, and there is nothing to sign.
