Why a round beats a rescue clean in Ballymurn

If your windows have not been touched in a couple of years, the first visit is real work. We take in the village and the houses out along the surrounding roads, and Oilgate and The Ballagh fall on the same day. If you are on a lane between the two, you are almost certainly on our way. Ask us and we will tell you the week we are through.

How often do most people have it done?
It varies with the house and what is around it. Homes beside open land go off faster than sheltered ones, so we suggest a gap once we have seen yours rather than giving everybody the same answer. You can change that gap at any time.
What does the Signature Round cost?
It begins from €25, and your own figure follows the window count together with how easily we get round the house. That is settled with you before the first visit, and it does not shift afterwards without you hearing about it first.
Is a single clean dearer than a regular visit?
Generally, yes. A one-off means heavier build-up and a trip made specially, and both add time. Once you are on the round the work is lighter and we are in the area anyway, so your visits settle at a lower rate.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. There is nothing to sign and nothing to cancel. If you want to pause over the winter, or stop altogether, tell us and that is the end of it.
Do I need to be home for every visit?
Not for the outside. We work from the ground, so as long as we can get to the windows and any side gate is open, you can be at work. A message goes to you the moment the job is finished.
